British linen press George IV style

This George IV style furniture in mahogany showed a great structural damage, including cracked and disassembled doors, broken and missing moldings. Furthermore, the surface was covered with scratches and black spots. The bottom of some drawers was detached, disassembled and they did not slide properly. The linen press suffered a hit during its transport, affecting both the front and the right side.

Doors were restored to allow them to close properly. Were positioned and completed the moldings. The drawers were reinforced and we installed a new sliding system for some of them. We reconstructed the front of the dresser that was seriously damaged. We recover the shape of the crushed side, without replacing any part, so the furniture does not lose its value. We removed the black spots and scratches of the wood. Finally, we repaired the door lock and made a new key.
