This delicately curved desk is topped off with a beautiful molding and inlaid with marquetry of scrolls and floral motifs. It has three drawers on the downer part and there is a sloping flap with leather decorated with gold leaf embossed borders. The interior is filled with two drawers and two shelves veneered in satinwood from Ceylon. The frame is made of solid oak and topped with a fine veined marble top of coral color. It is finished by the famous French polishing.
